چکیده

This paper constructs a technological framework for a “means tied” fund raising platform, which facilitates direct interactive acts of charity for the benefit of homeless individuals with a minimum of administrative overhead. This platform is streamlined for fast cost effective financial transactions to provide targeted financial support for specific homeless persons in near real-time, while ensuring the givers’ contributions are protected from misappropriation for illicit uses. It is intended to break down the barriers in human-tohuman interaction towards giving direct, charitable, monetary donations to homeless individuals.
